Making a Payment

You may send full payment straught away, or send $200 now to hold your space (although you do not qualify for early bird specials unless you have paid in full). We expect the Weekender to sell out quickly, so please send your payment as soon as possible. Full payment MUST be received by 17th February 2012 to guarantee your spot. If we have not received full payment by 17th February 2012 and there is a waiting list your spot will be given to someone on the list and you will receive a refund of your deposit less $50.

Cancellations

Cancellations made on or before 17th February 2011 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made after the 25th of Feb 2012 or for no shows, or after the weekend has started.
